Llamado a candidaturas para los cargos vacantes

La Directiva Nacional de IFMSA-Paraguay realiza el llamado a candidaturas para los cargos vacantes en la misma y de los siguientes oficiales:

• Vicepresidente de Asuntos Externos (VPE)
• Vicepresidente de Asuntos Internos (VPI)
• Director Nacional del Comité Permanente de Intercambios Profesionales (SCOPE).
• Director Nacional Comité Permanente de Intercambios en Investigación (SCORE).

A continuación, se citan los artículos del estatuto que fueron tenidos en cuenta para el llamado

ARTICULO 7. Podrán ser miembro, cualquier organización local de estudiantes de las Facultades de Medicina del Paraguay acreditadas como tal ante el Ministerio de Educación y Cultura del país, y debidamente afiliada a IFMSA PARAGUAY.

Párrafo único: El estudiante perteneciente a esta organización local deberá encontrarse matriculado en su Facultad de Medicina como alumno regular y haber llenado el formulario de inscripción y pagado su membresía correspondiente adquiriendo el carácter de socio titular en la Asociación.

ARTICULO 27. En caso de fallecimiento, ausencia, renuncia o imposibilidad de un Director para el desempeño de su cargo por enfermedad o por haber terminado el internado rotatorio, la Directiva Nacional, por mayoría absoluta, designará un reemplazante que durará en sus funciones sólo el tiempo que falte para completar su período al Director reemplazado.

Actualmente, la Sociedad Científica de Estudiantes de Medicina de la Universidad Nacional de Asunción (SOCIEM-UNA) es la única que se constituye como miembro de IFMSA-Paraguay por lo tanto solo los estudiantes pertenecientes a esta organización pueden presentar sus candidaturas, cumplidos los requerimientos mencionados anteriormente.

La candidatura debe incluir los siguientes documentos:

a)     Un formulario de candidatura oficial completo                   (click aquí para descargar)

b)    Una tarjeta de datos técnicos completa                                   (click aquí para descargar)

c)     Un curriculum vitae

Se adjunta tambien el Estatuto de IFMSA Paraguay                 (click aquí para descargar)

Y el IFMSA CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS                                (click aquí para descargar)

La fecha límite para la recepción de los documentos es el 15 de marzo del 2012, 23:59 hora de Paraguay.

I’m Karen Kunzle, the new President of IFMSA-Paraguay. Some of you might already know me since I’m the former VPE. Otherwise, it is a pleasure for me to introduce myself and our new Executive Board for the term 2011-2012. International AIDS Candlelight Memorial, Vigilia Internacional

La Sociedad Científica de Estudiantes de Medicina de la UNA (SOCIEM-UNA) e IFMSA-Paraguay organizó la 28ª Vigilia internacional en memoria de las víctimas del SIDA el día 19 de mayo en la  Explanada del Hospital de Clínicas, FCM-UNA, Asunción, de esta forma se solidarizan con decenas de miles de personas de todo el mundo que encenderán una vela para recordar a las vidas que han sido tocadas por esta enfermedad.

El lema de este año “Vidas tocadas” (Touching Lives…) también alude a mejorar la respuesta al VIH con un mayor acceso al tratamiento, mejores sistemas de prevención, y el respeto de los derechos humanos y de la dignidad de las personas que viven con el VIH o que se ven afectadas por el virus.
